Scaffolding work

DUBAS s. f., s. r. o. performs both standard and non-standard scaffolding work and is able to have scaffolders available in case of emergency, weekends and public holidays included.

We are able to install non-standard scaffolding. This group covers the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding placed:

  • In exhaust heat boilers;
  • Inside and outside converters;
  • In granivors;
  • In solivors;
  • To overhead cranes (traverses for replacing travels, wheels etc.);
  • Inside furnaces for lining replacement;
  • To tower footings;
  • Assembly and disassembly of suspended scaffolding, alloy hanging on ropes;
  • Assembly and disassembly of suspended platforms under cranes hanging on ropes;
  • Assembly and disassembly of C hooks hanging under crane tracks.

The scaffolding work mentioned is performed even with metallurgical units running continuously and even in the environments with gas leakage where it is a must to use breathing apparatuses and work safe and follow safety procedures. Our workers conducting the given scaffolding work are properly trained as per Decree of the Slovak Authority of Occupational Safety No. 374/1990 Coll. and other relevant standards and regulations and regulations related to persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances.

Scaffolder emergency crew

The scaffolder emergency crew is available for the agreed activities conducted by the workers authorised and competent to do so.

  • They can be available at a site within two hours upon being requested.
  • Our emergency crew is available from 2 p.m. of the last workday to 6 a.m. of the first work day following the last day of the weekend or public holiday.
  • We fully accept the provisions of clients’ internal regulations related to occupational safety and binding for clients’ employees.
  • In order to ensure operability, we always appoint an employee in charge.
